Cabrinha
Cabrinha is one of the leading kite companies in designing good quality kites. Their products are innovative and known for their excellent performance.
Kites: I use the Switchblade IDS, which is designed for wakestyle and free riding. The new Intelligent Depower System (IDS) now gives you even more kite control. Cabrinha kites always ride smooth but this new Switchblade is amazing. The light bar pressure, the ease of use and smooth turning make this kite perform really well for unhooked tricks, kite loops, big airs, riding waves and going upwind. My quiver of Switchblade IDS 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 allow me to ride in almost all conditions from winds as light as 10 knots up to winds above 35 knots. These kites allow me to perform my best weather it is riding waves, doing freestyle, racing, or hitting kickers and sliders.
Boards: The Custom twin tip board is made for wakestyle riding, but it is an all around great board. This board works very well in choppy conditions, has great pop and is very forgiving when landing. I use the Custom 133 when training for new freestyle tricks, hit waves or go big. |

Dakine
Dakine has been designing and making good quality and stylish products since 1979. They have all the accessories you need for kiteboarding, surfing, windsurfing, skateboarding, skiing, snowboarding and biking. The products that I use include: waist and seat harnesses, surf pads, straps and pads, board leashes, board bags and the coolest backpacks, clothes and rashguards.
Harness: Dakine's women’s waist harness, the Wahine, is the first harness that fits me just right. This harness is specifically designed for girls. The shape and design of the Wahine provides support, flexibility, comfort and durability. I use the Wahine XS with a 15 cm hammerhead spreader bar and a 15 cm spreader bar pad. I have put this harness to the test in big waves and big crashes and it works great! I use the women’s seat harness, Tempest, for racing (Courseracing, downwind racing and speed racing) the lower profile fit and shape comfortably fit my body to endure races.

La Cusinga Eco Lodge
La Cusinga Lodge is a coastal rainforest eco lodge dedicated to marine and terrestrial conservation and environmental education. Its location on the southern Pacific coast of Costa Rica provides guests with sweeping ocean views and a relaxing beach vacation. In addition La Cusinga is part of a private nature reserve that supplies the visitor with an unparalleled look at Costa Rican wildlife and rainforest. The reserve consists primarily of 250 hectares of virgin rainforest that borders thousands of more acres of privately protected forest. On Costa Rica’s still wild southwestern Pacific coast, La Cusinga Lodge borders Ballena Marine National Park, which was developed to protect the humpback whales that frequent the coast. La Cusinga Lodge was established in order to share the unique site with Costa Ricans as well as international visitors. Besides getting exposure to rural Costa Rican culture and beautiful vistas, visitors have access to highly prolific areas of primary tropical rainforest and unspoiled coast, all conveniently accessible.
